With three decades in data, covering engineering, platforms, integration, and operations, Matt has spent the past ten years focused on privacy engineering and test data management. He turns policy and control requirements into working non-production data pipelines built on data masking and TDM, bringing experience that spans vendor, partner, consulting, and end-customer work.

Certified by both Delphix and DataMasque, and holding an MBA from one of Australia’s leading universities, he combines recognised credentials with extensive hands-on implementation experience. He leads complex technical engagements from initial scoping through to operational handover, uniting legal, compliance, security, infrastructure, DBA, developer, and business teams to drive secure organisation-wide adoption of privacy-safe practices.

During twenty years in partner and alliance-facing roles at tier-one vendors, including time as Regional Field Services Lead for Delphix, Matt has enabled and mentored partner teams across sales, pre-sales, and delivery, on-site and remotely. He understands partner economics, sales cycles, delivery motions, and resourcing realities, and has built capability across Asia-Pacific and Japan.

This blend of technical authority, practical delivery experience, and cross-domain fluency ensures that solutions meet both technical and commercial objectives, remain embedded in day-to-day operations, and support the growth of sustainable privacy and TDM practice.
